Who is the legal employer?
Rely Vent is the employer on paper and carries the statutory obligations. You decide the work, the objectives and the day-to-day management.
How fast can we hire?
As soon as the contract is signed and the employee's documents are complete. We give you a firm start date in your proposal — and we keep to it.
Can we move employees to our own company later?
Yes. When you set up your own entity, we help transfer your team — and can keep running their payroll through our Managed Payroll & HR service.
What does it cost?
A fixed monthly fee per employee, agreed up front in your proposal. Salaries and statutory contributions are passed through at cost.
